Worth its 3 stars. Comfortable beds, great location and GOOD breakfast. It is just walking distance from restaurants and bars.

The rooms are fashionable and the place is lovely. The hotel had a central setting. We spent our evenings in nearby Edinburgh Social House enjoying drinks and atmosphere. We were surprised by the garden too...
Nothing bad to say!
